Accounting & Finance Manager (120K) - Construction (Ladprao)

We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to lead accounting and finance team, oversee project accounting, and drive accounting process and Mango ERP transformation for a well-established construction company in Bangkok.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 accounting professionals, overseeing daily accounting operations and month-end closing.
• Oversee project accounting, including project costs, WIP, revenue recognition and profitability across construction projects.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while maintaining compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal controls.
• Drive accounting process improvement, identifying gaps, reducing manual work and streamlining workflows.
• Lead the optimization and utilization of Mango ERP, including relevant module implementation and process enhancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in Accounting, Project Accounting and month-end closing, preferably within Construction or Contractor businesses.
• Proven experience in team management, with the ability to coach and develop accounting professionals.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Mango ERP is highly preferred, with ERP implementation or enhancement experience an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills, with a proactive and change-oriented mindset.
