We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to oversee financial operations, strengthen governance, and partner with senior leadership to support the company's long-term success.

Job Description

• Lead the overall finance and accounting function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxation, and compliance.
• Develop and execute financial strategies that support business performance, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, and reporting processes to enhance decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner closely with executive leadership to provide commercial insights, evaluate business performance, and support key strategic initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as CPA are an advantage.
• Extensive finance leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or multinational organization.
• Strong expertise in financial planning and analysis, accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and business partnering.
• Proven track record of leading finance transformation, process improvements, or organizational change initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and lead high-performing teams.
