An exciting opportunity for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function for a Thailand-listed company overseeing both manufacturing and retail businesses, driving financial strategy, governance, and sustainable business growth.

Detailed Job Description

• Lead the overall finance, accounting, treasury, tax, investor relations, and corporate governance functions for a Thailand-listed company.
• Drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis, and support long-term growth across manufacturing and retail business units.
• Ensure compliance with SET/SEC regulations, Thai accounting standards, corporate governance requirements, and statutory reporting.
• Partner with the CEO and Board of Directors on strategic planning, M&A, investment decisions, capital allocation, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strengthen financial controls, optimize working capital and cash flow, lead ERP and digital finance transformation, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent executive role.
• Proven experience within a Thailand-listed (SET/mai) company, with strong knowledge of SEC/SET regulations, corporate governance, and investor relations.
• Strong background in both manufacturing and retail/FMCG businesses, including commercial finance, costing, supply chain finance, and business partnering.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills with strong English proficiency.
