Chief Financial Officer (300K+) | Bangkok

An exciting opportunity for a strategic and commercially driven CFO to lead finance operations, governance, and business performance within a well-established listed organization in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead overall finance, accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance functions
• Drive strategic planning, budgeting, and business performance
• Strengthen governance, internal controls, and financial processes
• Partner with executive leadership on investment and growth direction
• Lead and develop high-performing finance teams

Requirements:

• Thai nationality
• Proven track record as CFO or senior finance leader within listed or large-scale organizations
• Strong knowledge of SET/SEC regulations, financial governance, and compliance frameworks
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and hands-on leadership capability
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to partner effectively with executives and board members
• CPA qualification and direct listed company experience are essential
