A prestigious luxury brand is seeking a Training Manager to champion the alignment of learning initiatives with business strategies in their Bangkok office. Reporting directly to senior leadership,

  • Directly influence strategic learning initiatives by collaborating closely with senior management and regional leaders to ensure all training aligns with business goals and global standards.

What you'll do:

As a Training Manager Luxury Retail, you will be entrusted with shaping the entire spectrum of learning activities for both office staff and boutique teams. Your days will be filled with opportunities to collaborate with senior leaders on strategic planning, conduct insightful needs assessments, design bespoke training programmes, facilitate interactive workshops, and provide hands-on coaching in boutiques.

  • Align all learning initiatives with overarching business strategies by working closely with both local leadership and regional heads to ensure consistency and relevance.
  • Conduct comprehensive capability assessments to identify current and future learning needs in line with local business objectives.
  • Design, develop, and execute an annual learning plan that addresses the unique requirements of both office-based staff and retail teams.
  • Deliver tailored workshops and training sessions using modern tools and methodologies to create engaging, effective learning experiences that elevate client service.
  • Facilitate in-boutique coaching sessions as well as classroom-based training to support continuous skill development among retail professionals.

What you bring:

To excel as a Training Manager Luxury Retail, your background should reflect significant experience within high-end retail or service sectors where client experience is paramount. Your academic credentials equip you with theoretical insights into human behaviour or organisational dynamics while your technical proficiency ensures smooth execution of administrative tasks.

  • A minimum of five to seven years’ relevant experience within the retail or service industry is essential for understanding the nuances of luxury customer service environments.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or another related discipline provides a solid foundation for this multifaceted role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications ensures you can efficiently manage documentation, presentations, data analysis, and communication tasks required for successful programme delivery.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English are required; proficiency in thrid language would be considered an advantage for engaging diverse teams.
