Develop and implement solutions for both immediate and long-term people challenges such as staff turnover, workforce planning, recruitment channels optimisation, and employer branding enhancement.

Foster open communication between departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with overall business objectives.

Oversee recruitment processes from job posting through onboarding to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.

Monitor changes in employment legislation to ensure ongoing compliance and advise management accordingly.

Promote an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, teamwork, and mutual respect among all employees.

Identify training needs within the organisation and coordinate relevant learning opportunities to support employee growth.

A minimum of ten years’ experience as an HR generalist within an international company setting is essential for this role.

Experience working within retail or trading businesses would be highly advantageous but not mandatory.
