You will be responsible for developing HR strategies that align with the business objectives, managing compensation and benefits plans, overseeing payroll administration, maintaining employee records, promoting corporate values, and handling employee relations issues. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Managing the compensation and benefits plan
Overseeing payroll administration to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time
Maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements

Managing employee relations issues such as grievances and employee welfare
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager position brings a wealth of experience in HR management roles. You have an in-depth understanding of HR operations, including payroll systems and compensation & benefits plans. Your strong knowledge of labour laws and disciplinary procedures ensures you can effectively manage any employee relations issues. Your exceptional organisational skills enable you to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, while your excellent communication skills allow you to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Proven experience as an HR manager or other HR executive role
In-depth knowledge of human resources operations and best practices
Experience with payroll systems and compensation & benefits plans
Strong understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
