What you'll do:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting up fundamental HR systems and processes that will support our rapid business growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that attract top talent, as well as shaping our employer branding to enhance our reputation in the market. Your role will also involve managing employee relations to ensure a harmonious workplace environment, overseeing training and development initiatives that foster employee growth, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
Set up fundamental HR systems and processes to support business growth
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Shape the company's employer branding to enhance its reputation in the market
Manage employee relations, ensuring a harmonious workplace environment
Oversee training and development initiatives to foster employee growth
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
Operation tasks : payroll, visa-work permit for expat
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager role brings proven experience in setting up HR fundamentals within a start-up environment. You have strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and employer branding techniques, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to manage sensitive situations effectively. A solid understanding of local labour laws and regulations is essential, along with experience in managing employee relations and fostering a positive work environment. Proven experience in setting up HR fundamentals within retails industry
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and employer branding techniques
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations

Ability to develop training and development initiatives that support employee growth
Thai Nationality
Good command in English, Chinese is preferable
