What you'll do:

Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives
Supervising HR team members, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement
Managing complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy
Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements
Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
