What you'll do:
As a Compensation & Benefits andHRIS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the works and teams of compensation & benefits, andHRIS. You will be responsible for developing effective policies, conducting market analysis to ensure competitive practices, managing manpower costs including annual salary reviews and bonus payments. You will also work closely with department heads on various people-related matters. Your role will also involve overseeing the company's performance management process & procedures. Additionally, you will manage the day-to-day operations ofHRIS works ensuring data accuracy and compliance. This role offers a competitive base salary with attractive benefits.
Develop, review, implement, and effectively communicate compensation & benefits policies and procedures
Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices
Manage company manpower costs including annual salary reviews, bonus payments, and promotion processes
Work in partnership with department heads on people-related compensation, benefits, welfare, incentive plans, data management & analytics
Oversee the company performance management process & procedures
Support internal audits and handle employees’ enquiries regarding compensation, benefits, welfare
Manage day-to-day operations of HRIS works and team ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with other departments on different reports and projects
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Compensation & Benefits and HRIS Manager position brings a wealth of experience in human resources management. With at least five years' experience in a similar role, preferably within an international or manufacturing environment, you possess thorough knowledge of compensation & benefits methodologies and best practices. You are well-versed in labour laws, workmen compensation & social security regulations. As a highly responsible and reliable individual, you have a service-minded approach to your work. Your proactive attitude, coupled with excellent analytical problem-solving skills, makes you an ideal fit for this role.
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related field
At least five years working experience in a similar role
Thorough knowledge of compensation & benefits methodologies and best practices
Understanding of labour laws, workmen compensation & social security regulations
High responsibility, reliability, service-minded person
Proactive attitude with excellent analytical problem-solving skills
Good command of written and spoken English
