What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Corporate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy. You will act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing any demands, grievances or other issues that may arise. Your role will also involve managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Furthermore, you will develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation while nurturing a positive working environment.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

A strong understanding of organisational development principles is preferred. You should possess excellent people management skills with an ability to build relationships at all levels. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively will be crucial in this role. Experience in managing transformational change within an organisation is essential. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities are also required.
Proven experience as an HRBP supporting commercial functions in multinational corporations
