An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Finance Manager to join a well-established organisation located in the vibrant Bangkok Outer Ring area. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships across teams, enjoys working in a supportive and inclusive environment, and is passionate about driving financial excellence within supply chain operations. The organisation is renowned for its commitment to employee development, offering flexible working opportunities and a culture that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning. As a key member of the finance team, you will play an integral part in shaping the financial strategy of the supply chain function, ensuring robust processes are in place to support business growth and operational efficiency.

* Be at the heart of financial decision-making for supply chain operations, influencing both short-term actions and long-term strategies through your expertise.
* Enjoy flexible working opportunities and access to ongoing training programmes designed to help you grow your skills and advance your career.
* Join a knowledgeable and dependable team that values open communication, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to delivering outstanding results.

What you'll do:

As Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the organisation’s mission to deliver exceptional value through efficient supply chain operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve partnering with various departments to ensure that financial insights are seamlessly integrated into operational decisions. You will be responsible for developing robust models that inform strategic planning while also keeping a close eye on daily metrics such as inventory levels and logistics expenses. By preparing clear reports for leadership and participating actively in budgeting cycles, you will help shape the future direction of the business. Your ability to identify potential risks or inefficiencies—and work collaboratively with others to address them—will be crucial in maintaining high standards of performance. Success in this role will come from your willingness to share knowledge generously with colleagues, your attention to detail when managing complex data sets, and your commitment to upholding ethical standards throughout all financial activities.

* Collaborate closely with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to provide insightful financial analysis that supports effective decision-making.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast costs, identify trends, and highlight areas for process improvement within the supply chain.
* Monitor key performance indicators related to inventory management, logistics costs, and supplier performance, ensuring accurate reporting and timely interventions where necessary.
* Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on supply chain financial performance for senior management review.
* Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering relevant data from cross-functional teams and translating it into actionable financial plans.
* Identify risks and opportunities within the supply chain from a financial perspective, recommending solutions that enhance efficiency while maintaining cost control.
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to implement best practices in financial governance across all aspects of the supply chain.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing existing processes and proposing enhancements that align with organisational goals.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies as well as external regulations related to supply chain finance activities.
* Act as a trusted advisor to both finance and non-finance colleagues, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and shared success.

What you bring:

To excel as Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will bring proven experience from similar roles where you have supported end-to-end supply chain operations through expert financial guidance. Your background should include hands-on involvement with budgeting processes as well as exposure to ERP systems that facilitate seamless data integration. You will be adept at interpreting large volumes of information quickly without losing sight of important details—a skill that allows you to provide timely advice even under pressure. Your interpersonal strengths will shine through when collaborating with colleagues from different backgrounds or disciplines; empathy and patience are just as important here as technical know-how. A genuine interest in continuous learning—whether through formal study or informal mentoring—will set you apart as someone who adds lasting value beyond immediate tasks. Above all else, your integrity ensures that every recommendation you make is grounded in sound judgement and aligned with broader organisational objectives.

* Demonstrated experience in finance roles within supply chain or manufacturing environments, showcasing your ability to manage complex data flows and support operational teams effectively.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using advanced Excel functions; familiarity with ERP systems is highly desirable for streamlining reporting processes.
* Excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to build trusting relationships across diverse teams while communicating complex information clearly.
* A collaborative approach that emphasises teamwork over individual achievement, ensuring shared goals are met efficiently.
* Proven track record of supporting budgeting cycles, forecasting exercises, and variance analysis within large organisations or matrix structures.
* Ability to identify process improvement opportunities by critically evaluating current practices against industry benchmarks or best-in-class standards.
* Sound understanding of compliance requirements relevant to supply chain finance activities at both local and international levels.
* Experience preparing detailed management reports tailored for different audiences including senior executives and operational managers alike.
* Commitment to personal development demonstrated through participation in training programmes or professional qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA (preferred but not essential).
* A positive attitude towards change management initiatives coupled with resilience when navigating periods of transformation or uncertainty.
