Accounting & Finance Director (200K) - Prachinburi (Hybrid)

A leading energy and utilities group is hiring an experienced Accounting & Finance Director to oversee accounting, finance, and FP&A across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational & Investment Support

  • Oversee accounting operations and financial planning across all entities.

  • Support feasibility studies and investment evaluations for new projects.

• Leadership & Transformation

  • Manage and revamp the accounting & finance teams, ensuring strong controls and governance.

  • Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting standards, and compliance.

  • Mentor and develop a team of ~20 professionals across Accounting, Finance, and FP&A.

• Systems & Processes

  • Lead the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with IT team.

  • Strengthen automation and efficiency in reporting and financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards, tax, and compliance.

• Proven expertise in financial planning, feasibility studies, and investment analysis.

• Experience managing multi-entity operations in energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors preferred.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage).

• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.

• Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA) are an advantage.
