Finance and Account Section Manager-80K (MRT Saladeang)

An established retail and property management group is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee full accounting and finance operations across multiple entities. This role offers the opportunity to lead a large team, drive process improvements with SAP B1, and work closely with senior management.

• Lead and manage the Accounting, Finance, and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams, overseeing 18 staff including senior-level members.

• Oversee full-cycle accounting and financial operations, covering monthly and annual closings, statutory reporting, and cash flow management.

• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations, including timely tax submissions for senior management.

• Monitor and strengthen internal controls, improving accounting processes and operational efficiency.

• Drive the use of SAP B1 to enhance reporting accuracy and streamline workflows.

• Partner with senior management to provide financial insights that support business decisions across retail, rental, and property management entities.

• Mentor, coach, and evaluate team members to build a high-performing finance and accounting function.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting/finance within real estate developer and property management businesses.

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising large accounting functions.

• Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Hands-on experience with SAP B1 and ability to drive process improvements.
