Role Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Develop regional commercial strategies for market entry and expansion.
- Lead and mentor a diverse sales team across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
- Collaborate with country directors to design growth strategies.
- Facilitate best practice sharing between countries.
- Set and monitor performance targets using data insights.
- Oversee recruitment and performance management.
- Guide complex negotiations and strengthen client relationships.
- Build strong connections with government and industry stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in B2B sales within industrial environments, ideally intra-logistics or automation.
- Proven leadership in multi-country business units with P&L responsibility.
- Strong communication, coaching, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience in solution-based selling and complex negotiations.
- International exposure and cultural awareness.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% in the region.
