Head of Sales – Real Estate

Salary: 80,000-100,000 THB plus comission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales professional to take on the pivotal role of Head of Sales within a leading real estate organisation based in Bangkok. This position offers you the chance to shape and nurture a high-performing sales team, driving them towards ambitious targets while fostering a culture of collaboration and support. With a competitive salary package ranging from 80,000 to 100,000 THB per month.

  • Take on a senior leadership position with responsibility for shaping the direction and performance of the entire sales function within real estate projects (vertical) in Bangkok.

What you'll do:

  • Guide, mentor, and nurture the sales team to achieve and exceed set targets through collaborative goal-setting and regular feedback sessions.
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the real estate market in Bangkok, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and market trends.
  • Foster a supportive environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas, address challenges together, and celebrate collective achievements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators across all sales activities, providing constructive guidance to ensure consistent progress towards goals.
  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and operations to create seamless client experiences throughout the property buying process.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of new sales staff to maintain a dependable and knowledgeable team.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance for senior management, highlighting successes as well as areas for further improvement.

What you bring:

  • A minimum of seven years’ experience in sales roles within the real estate sector is essential for this position.
  • At least three years’ proven track record in managing or supervising teams within a similar industry context is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to nurture talent through empathetic coaching methods that encourage personal growth as well as collective achievement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural flair for building rapport both internally among colleagues and externally with clients.
  • Strong organisational abilities enabling you to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail across all aspects of the sales process.
  • A deep understanding of local property markets in Bangkok including current trends, regulatory requirements, and customer preferences.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards in all dealings with clients, partners, and fellow employees alike.
  • A positive attitude towards embracing change coupled with flexibility when adapting strategies or processes as needed.
