Leasing Manager – Commercial Building

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Leasing Manager to join a leading commercial property team in central Bangkok. Offering a competitive salary of 70,000–100,000 THB/month, this role is ideal for someone skilled in B2B leasing sales and client relationship building. You'll identify new business opportunities, foster long-term partnerships, and guide clients through their leasing journey. What you'll do:

  • Identify and approach potential new clients seeking office space within prime commercial buildings in Bangkok, using your established network and market knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing tenants and prospective clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate lease terms and agreements that meet both client needs and organisational objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage the renewal process for existing leases by proactively engaging with tenants well before contract expiration dates to secure continued occupancy.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to provide seamless day-to-day support for tenants, addressing any issues or requests promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed about current trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities within the commercial real estate sector.
  • Prepare detailed reports on leasing activities, pipeline status, and client feedback for senior management review.
  • Ensure all documentation related to leasing transactions is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.

What you bring:

  • A minimum of seven years’ experience in commercial leasing sales
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with B2B clients through excellent interpersonal communication skills and a consultative approach.
  • Extensive network of contacts within the Bangkok business community that can be leveraged for lead generation and business development purposes.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple lease negotiations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Strong understanding of local property laws, regulations, and best practices relevant to commercial leasing agreements.
  • High level of professionalism when representing the organisation during client meetings, presentations, or industry events.
