Customer Service Manager – Luxury Sector| Bangkok

We’re hiring a Customer Service Manager to lead and elevate the end-to-end customer experience for a top luxury retail brand in Bangkok. In this role, you’ll manage a dynamic team, oversee omni-channel operations (in-store, online, call, chat, social), and drive both service excellence and sales performance.

You’ll champion clienteling strategies that create lasting relationships, ensure compliance with SLAs and data privacy standards, and act as the go-to expert for handling escalations with empathy and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead day-to-day operations across all customer service touchpoints

  • Drive sales and retention through premium service and personalisation

  • Mentor and develop your team to consistently exceed targets

  • Align cross-functionally with sales, ops, and marketing

  • Ensure full compliance with service and data regulations

  • Resolve escalated issues professionally and promptly

  • Report on performance and implement ongoing improvements

What You Bring:

  • Strong background in luxury or premium retail customer service

  • Proven leadership and coaching experience

  • Solid grasp of omni-channel service models

  • Deep understanding of clienteling and customer loyalty drivers
