What you'll do:

As Head of Leasing – Shopping Centre, you will drive strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants, ensuring an optimal mix that aligns with the centre’s vision. You’ll oversee the full leasing process—from negotiations to contract execution—while maintaining strong tenant relationships and staying ahead of market trends. Collaborating with marketing, operations, and finance teams, you’ll ensure leasing initiatives are executed seamlessly and deliver sustained growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and tenant mix.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and prospects.

• Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and amendments.

• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.

• Oversee lease administration, compliance, and rental collections.

• Mentor and guide the leasing team to achieve shared goals.

• Engage with external partners and stakeholders to enhance the centre’s reputation.

• Extensive experience in retail property leasing or asset management.
