General Manager (Thailand) – Electric Golf Cart

Are you a business builder with a sales-first mindset and a passion for driving market growth? A leading electric vehicle manufacturer with headquarters and factory operations based in China is expanding into Thailand and is looking for a General Manager to lead and scale our business locally. We specialize in electric golf carts and serve a wide range of commercial customers—(B2B, Bulky Products). This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious global company in a start-up environment in Thailand, with full support from regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead market entry and growth strategy in Thailand

  • Drive new B2B customer acquisition and sales across priority sectors

  • Build and manage a small, agile local team (sales/admin/logistics)

  • Develop local distributor and channel partner relationships

  • Represent the brand with integrity, reliability, and an entrepreneurial approach

  • Coordinate with HQ on product strategy, pricing, and operational alignment

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales of bulky or capital equipment (e.g., vehicles, machinery, industrial products)

  • Background in market development, channel sales, or setting up new business units

  • Strong leadership skills with a “ลุย” mindset — proactive, hands-on, and resilient

  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

  • Trustworthy, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Fluency in Thai; good command of English or Chinese is a plus
