Business Unit Head
A leading MNC in Thailand is searching for a Business Unit Head to oversee their medical devices division. This is a strategic leadership role with significant influence over sales direction, market development, and regional business performance.

What you’ll do
As the Business Unit Head, you will lead and inspire a high-performing sales team in the medical device space, specifically Endoscopy. You’ll craft and execute regional strategies, build key customer relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth. Your leadership will ensure clinical excellence, customer satisfaction, and competitive positioning in the Thai market.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies in alignment with country objectives
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to meet revenue goals
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and clinical developments to inform strategy
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, customer service, and quality teams
What you bring
You are a seasoned health care or medical device professional with strong sales and leadership credentials. You excel in translating market insights into strategic actions, motivating teams, and delivering business results in a competitive environment. A passion for endoscopy medical devices and customer success is essential.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in medical device or health care sales, with 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Strong track record of developing and executing successful regional sales strategies
- Deep understanding of the Thai health care ecosystem and regulatory landscape
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and clinical partners
