Head of Partnership – Entertainment | Based in Bangkok
We’re hiring a Head of Partnership to lead strategic collaborations across Thailand’s vibrant entertainment ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with top creators, influencers, and platforms to drive both B2C and B2B2C growth. You'll take ownership of commercial performance, craft innovative partnership strategies, and foster meaningful connections that bring value to both the brand and its partners.
You’ll be at the forefront of shaping how the business engages with audiences, aligning closely with marketing and business development teams to create campaigns that resonate. As a natural connector, you’ll negotiate win-win deals, coach your team with purpose, and stay ahead of trends in this fast-moving industry.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and grow partnerships with creators, influencers, and entertainment players

Drive B2C sales while expanding the B2B2C partner network

Own P&L and ensure all partnerships contribute to strong sales performance

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful, integrated strategies

Guide and inspire your team to achieve ambitious growth targets

Represent the brand at industry events and forums
