What you'll do:
As Operations and Networks Manager, you will play an instrumental role in orchestrating seamless operational processes that underpin the success of the agricultural division.
- Develop efficient operational workflows and procedures that support business objectives while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple functions.
- Lead the execution of complex projects from inception through completion, maintaining alignment with established timelines and budgets to achieve strategic goals.
- Oversee the recruitment, appointment, performance monitoring, and compliance of distributors and sub-dealers throughout Thailand.
- Plan and manage the brand’s distribution footprint nationwide to maximise reach and effectiveness in target markets.
- Administer distributor and sub-dealer contracts as well as conduct annual performance reviews to ensure ongoing alignment with company standards.
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving sub-dealer performance through mentoring programmes and targeted support activities.
- Monitor the entire order-to-delivery process while managing credit lines and associated risks; establish robust relationships with financial institutions to secure effective financing solutions.
- Ensure all contracts with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and vendors are legally compliant and effective in supporting business needs.
- Centralise system access controls while upholding segregation of duties to maintain operational integrity.
- Collaborate closely with management teams to implement best practices in administration and operations, fostering continuous improvement across departments.
What you bring:
To excel as Operations and Networks Manager, your background should reflect significant experience overseeing large-scale operations within complex environments—preferably those connected to automotive or agricultural sectors.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a related discipline provides you with a solid academic foundation for this multifaceted role.
- At least 15 years’ experience in finance or operations—ideally within automotive or agricultural industries—demonstrates your depth of knowledge in relevant sectors.
- Proven excellence in operational leadership coupled with a track record of successful strategic execution ensures you can deliver results under pressure.
- Comprehensive experience in project management enables you to oversee complex initiatives from start to finish while maintaining alignment with business priorities.
- Expertise in developing distributor networks as well as managing credit risk positions you as a trusted advisor within the organisation.
- High emotional intelligence allows you to build rapport quickly with internal teams as well as external partners such as OEMs, customers, suppliers, and financial institutions.
- Advanced proficiency in operational tools and software means you can streamline processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

- Experience administering contracts—including legal compliance aspects—ensures all agreements support business objectives securely.
