A leading global consumer goods company is looking for a Channel Sales Team Lead to drive growth in its Personal Care division across key regions in Thailand. This role offers the opportunity to lead both direct and indirect sales channels while working in a supportive, inclusive environment that values collaboration, empathy, and professional growth.

  • Lead sales teams across regions and channels, including Modern Trade (small supermarkets, beauty stores, drug stores) and Local Modern Trade (LMT)
  • Oversee both direct and indirect sales channels to expand market presence

What You’ll Do:

As Channel Sales Team Lead – Personal Care (FMCG), you will lead both direct and indirect sales channels across key provinces in Thailand. You’ll manage a team of Key Account Managers and work closely with major retail partners to expand distribution and strengthen market presence. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on, supportive approach.

  • Oversee direct trade with key accounts such as The Mall Group, Boots, Watsons, CJ Express, EveandBoy, Tops, and MaxValu
  • Manage indirect trade (LMT) via local modern trade stores nationwide
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow sales across various retail formats
  • Coach and support your team to deliver targets and build long-term capabilities
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other functions to drive execution
  • Track performance, analyse data, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and ethical standards

What You Bring:

  • Experience leading sales teams in FMCG or related sectors
  • Strong relationships with retail partners and understanding of trade channels
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into action
