As an Assistant to the Managing Director and Office Manager in the luxury sector, you will immerse yourself in a multifaceted role that blends project coordination with comprehensive office administration. Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you acting as a trusted liaison between executive leadership and key stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation. You will orchestrate smooth office operations by managing schedules, maintaining meticulous records, organising meetings, supporting events, and handling confidential matters with utmost care. Your ability to communicate fluently in English will enable you to bridge gaps between teams and ensure that every project runs seamlessly. By nurturing relationships across departments and upholding exceptional standards of service, you will contribute directly to the continued prestige of this leading luxury brand.

  • Coordinate complex projects involving numerous internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director, ensuring all parties are aligned and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee daily office management activities including scheduling, filing systems, supplies procurement, and general administrative duties to maintain an efficient workplace.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and various departments or external partners, facilitating clear communication and prompt follow-up on action items.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure all necessary documentation is distributed accurately and on time.
  • Support event planning for both internal gatherings and client-facing functions within the luxury segment, ensuring every detail reflects the company’s high standards.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion while handling sensitive correspondence and documentation for executive leadership.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itinerary planning for the Managing Director and visiting executives.
  • Monitor office budgets and expenses, providing regular reports to ensure cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
