What you'll do:

As a PC Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our client's operations in the Consumer Health / FMCG industry. You will be at the forefront of coordinating with various teams, identifying business opportunities, improving operational efficiency, coaching supervisors, developing strategies from market insights, reporting market intelligence, analyzing performance data, and reviewing sales targets. Your ability to lead and motivate large field teams will be crucial in this role.

  • Act as the coordinator between the PC team and cross-functional departments to align on execution.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the PC agency to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.
  • Identify business opportunities during field visits and propose relevant business solutions.
  • Lead efforts to improve field performance and operational efficiency.
  • Coach, develop, and evaluate PC Supervisors to strengthen frontline execution.
  • Translate insights from market visits into actionable strategies and improvement plans.
  • Develop action plans based on business priorities.
  • Consolidate and report market intelligence on a monthly basis to internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze store and regional performance data and present findings in key meetings.
  • Review and provide feedback on monthly sales and execution targets.
