What You’ll Do

• Lead national trade compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with internal policies and international regulations.

• Collaborate with global and regional heads on key trade initiatives across APAC and beyond.

• Provide hands-on guidance to business units on customs, export control, screening, and high-risk country protocols.

• Conduct audits, lead training, and develop local trade procedures tailored to Thai law.

• Identify opportunities for duty and tax optimisation while safeguarding full compliance.

• Act as the go-to advisor for trade risks—proactively halting any activities that threaten regulatory integrity.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: 10+ years in trade compliance, customs management, or export/import operations.

• Education: Bachelor’s or higher in Trade Compliance, International Business, or related fields.

• Languages: Fluent in English; Thai fluency or Thai nationality highly preferred.

• Expertise: Deep knowledge of international trade laws, local regulatory nuances, and compliance audits.

• Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to lead training and cross-functional collaboration.
