This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest level of customer service through quick, accurate, and quality execution of order processing, invoicing, and customer complaints handling.

What you'll do:

As a Customer Service Director in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, your role will be multifaceted. You will be at the helm of managing the customer care team, developing their capabilities, and ensuring they deliver top-notch customer service.

  • Manage the customer care team including capability development
  • Deliver high customer service levels
  • Build strategies for the overall Customer Care department
  • Lead Order to Cash Process to meet internal & external expectations
  • Connect with Global community for process or system improvements
  • Ensure quick, accurate execution of order processing, invoicing, and customer complaints handling
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to optimize customer service processes
  • Ensure Vendor Managed Inventory is executed optimally
  • Develop, maintain and expand network of relevant stakeholders and partners

As a Customer Service Director, your excellent analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions that contribute to business success.

  • Proficiency in SAP / BW / Power BI
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams with excellent motivating and coaching skills.
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative.
