- Manage the customer care team including capability development

- Build strategies for the overall Customer Care department
- Lead Order to Cash Process to meet internal & external expectations
- Connect with Global community for process or system improvements
- Ensure quick, accurate execution of order processing, invoicing, and customer complaints handling
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to optimize customer service processes
- Ensure Vendor Managed Inventory is executed optimally
- Develop, maintain and expand network of relevant stakeholders and partners

As a Customer Service Director, your excellent analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions that contribute to business success.
- Proficiency in SAP / BW / Power BI
- Strong project management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams with excellent motivating and coaching skills.
- Fluency in English
- Excellent analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative.
