What You’ll Do

As Marketing Manager – Food Industry (B2B2C), you’ll lead brand and digital strategies, drive menu innovation with chefs, and turn customer insights into engaging campaigns. You’ll manage both B2B and B2C efforts—balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution across events, digital platforms, and influencer programs. Working closely with R&D, chefs, and shop owners, you’ll shape the brand’s presence in Thailand and the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy across digital & offline channels
  • Drive marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Co-create new menu ideas with expert chefs and R&D teams aligned with food and bakery trends
  • Lead branding efforts through events, influencer programs, and POS materials
  • Manage social media, e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada), SEO, and digital ads
  • Turn customer insights into powerful, market-driven strategies
  • Present initiatives to local and regional stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Experience in food or bakery marketing (B2B2C is a plus)
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking
  • Confident communicator with chefs, business owners, and internal teams
  • Experience with digital tools and agency management
  • Excellent people skills for working with chefs and stakeholders
  • Proven success in campaign development and influencer marketing
  • High emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset
  • Strong project management across complex portfolios
