This role offers the chance to shape the visual identity of leading brands across Asia, leveraging global design principles and collaborating closely with business unit and sector leaders.

What you'll do:

As a Brand Designer based in Bangkok, you will play an integral role in elevating the visual identity of prominent brands. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative design strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. Your ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions will be essential as you work hand-in-hand with marketing professionals to deliver impactful campaigns. Success in this position requires not only technical proficiency but also strong interpersonal skills to foster effective partnerships across departments.

  • Leverage global design principles and design thinking methodologies to enhance brand affinity and awareness in partnership with business unit and sector leads.
  • Lead the execution of design programmes as outlined in the Asia Business Unit Design Annual Operating Plan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Demonstrate global best practices by delivering award-winning designs that set benchmarks at both regional and international levels.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of junior designers and interns, fostering a nurturing environment that encourages skill development and creativity.
  • Develop compelling creative proposals—including sketches, scenarios, and concepts—to effectively communicate ideas to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Participate actively in research activities, translating customer insights into actionable design requirements that drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams as a trusted consultant and partner, striving for best-in-class design results through shared goals.
  • Oversee the approval process for final design outputs, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards before production sign-off.
  • Maintain open communication channels with senior leaders across functions to articulate design strategies clearly and persuasively.

What you bring:

To excel as a Brand Designer in this role, you will bring extensive experience working on regional or international branding projects where your keen eye for detail has consistently delivered outstanding results. Your background should include mentoring less experienced designers while fostering an atmosphere of supportiveness within your team. Effective communication—both visual and verbal—is crucial as you interact regularly with marketing professionals and senior stakeholders. Your fluency in English and Thai enables seamless collaboration across diverse groups. A passion for learning ensures you remain at the forefront of evolving industry standards while your organisational abilities allow you to manage complex projects efficiently.   • A minimum of seven years’ experience in brand design roles focused on regional or international brands, demonstrating consistent delivery of high-quality work.
  • Exceptional taste in design coupled with the ability to realise world-class solutions across various applications and communication platforms.
  • Proven capability to clearly articulate complex ideas visually and verbally when engaging with both design peers and marketing partners.
  • Experience managing teams of junior designers or interns, providing mentorship that supports professional growth within the group.
  • Fluency in both English and Thai is essential for effective communication across multicultural teams.
  • A collaborative approach that values teamwork, empathy, and shared success when working alongside colleagues from different disciplines.
  • Strong organisational skills enabling you to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail throughout each phase.
