An Exciting Customer Experience Management (1x vacancy) to join their team in Bangkok, Thailand. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the transformation of a world-class sports entertainment centre. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience at the stadium, ensuring high standards of service delivery, and working closely with various teams to promote the venue's offerings.

What you'll do:

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies that enhance the overall customer experience at the stadium. Your role will involve managing customer feedback, overseeing guest services, leading a team of customer experience staff, coordinating event logistics, and identifying areas for operational improvement. You will also collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to event execution.

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to deliver superior fan experiences
  • Manage customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints or concerns
  • Oversee guest services including ticketing, concessions, amenities, and accessibility
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of customer experience and operational staff
  • Coordinate logistics for event setup, breakdown, and operations
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency

The ideal candidate for this Customer Experience Manager role is a strong leader with excellent motivational skills.
