What you'll do:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing promotions across multiple digital channels including web platforms, mobile applications, and third-party delivery services.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM specialists to ensure customer data is leveraged effectively for targeted campaigns and enhanced user experiences.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Digital team to align campaign objectives with broader business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with UI designers to guarantee that all promotional materials are visually engaging and optimised for user interaction.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine ongoing and future marketing efforts.
  • Manage timelines to ensure all campaigns are delivered punctually and meet established quality standards.
  • Foster open communication between cross-functional teams to encourage knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support the development of new digital initiatives aimed at increasing customer acquisition and retention through creative approaches.
  • Champion best practices in digital marketing by promoting an inclusive, responsive, and empathetic approach to teamwork.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for ecommerce marketing with a genuine passion for enhancing customer experiences across digital channels.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including CRM, Digital Marketing, and UI Design professionals.
  • Strong organisational skills enabling you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication abilities that foster trust, empathy, and cooperation among colleagues.
  • A keen eye for detail when analysing campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement or optimisation.
  • Experience working within fast-evolving sectors where adaptability and responsiveness are essential for success.
