An exciting Vice President of Growth (x1 vacancy) opportunity to join Education Tech company base in Thailand. This pivotal role will shape the company's strategy, drive revenue growth, and oversee sales (B2B and B2C), marketing, and business development.

What you'll do:

As the Vice President of Growth in Education, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's commercial strategy to drive revenue growth. You will have oversight of both B2B and B2C sales, as well as marketing and business development activities. Your expertise will enhance the company's market position, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve sustainable growth. Through strategic planning and execution, you will collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.

What you bring:

As the Vice President of Growth - Education, you bring a wealth of experience from commercial leadership roles. With a minimum of 10 years' experience under your belt, you have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, business expansion, and cultivating strategic partnerships. Your strong analytical skills enable you to leverage data-driven insights for decision making and marketing optimisation. Your excellent problem-solving abilities coupled with your strategic mindset allow you to navigate complex business environments effectively. Familiarity with leading B2C or B2B platforms will be a significant advantage in this role.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, business expansion, and cultivating strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in leveraging data-driven insights for decision making and marketing optimisation.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
