What you'll do:

As a Global Digital Marketing Specialist based in Phuket, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of a prestigious luxury hospitality brand. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing innovative strategies to acquire new customers directly through the company’s website while optimising ongoing campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will be entrusted with managing SEO initiatives to ensure top-tier organic search performance as well as keeping web content fresh and aligned with evolving brand priorities. By leading email marketing efforts and overseeing blog content creation schedules, you will nurture guest loyalty while supporting broader retention objectives. Collaboration is key: you’ll work hand-in-hand with social media teams to deliver cohesive campaigns across major platforms. Regular analysis of campaign data will inform your monthly reporting process enabling you to provide valuable insights that shape future activity. Additionally, you’ll seek out new partnership opportunities that extend the brand’s reach globally.   • Develop and implement comprehensive digital acquisition strategies designed to drive direct traffic and revenue growth through the company’s primary website.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, paid social platforms, programmatic advertising, and display networks by collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee all aspects of SEO strategy including both on-site and off-site initiatives to enhance organic visibility and attract highly qualified traffic from global audiences.
  • Maintain the company’s website by updating content, visuals, special offers, and blog articles so that it consistently reflects current brand priorities and supports conversion goals.
  • Lead email marketing efforts as well as retention campaigns aimed at returning guests and loyal audiences by crafting compelling communications that foster long-term relationships.
  • Manage the monthly blog schedule including the ‘Be Inspired’ section by coordinating content topics, writing engaging articles, and ensuring timely publication.
  • Work closely with the social media team to align organic campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter), ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics for all digital activities; prepare detailed monthly reports highlighting insights from analytics tools along with actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify new opportunities for affiliate marketing partnerships and referral programmes that can expand reach and boost brand visibility among target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing and content team to maintain consistency in brand messaging and tone across every digital touch point.

What you bring:

You are comfortable navigating complex analytics environments using Google Suite products (Analytics, Webmasters & Tag Manager) alongside user behaviour tools like Hotjar; your analytical acumen enables you to build insightful dashboards that guide strategic decisions. Experience managing SEO initiatives at both tactical & strategic levels is vital as is your capacity for running successful paid media campaigns targeting diverse global audiences. Organisational excellence defines your approach: you thrive when juggling multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing precision or timeliness. Advanced spreadsheet skills empower you to track results meticulously while your commercial sensibility ensures every action aligns with customer-centric values intrinsic to luxury branding. Fluency in English allows you to communicate clearly across multicultural teams; any additional languages further enhance your ability to connect with international partners.

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles within luxury hospitality, travel, private jets or yachts, lifestyle brands or accommodation sectors where attention to detail is paramount.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Meta Business/Ad Manager for paid social campaigns as well as WordPress for website management tasks including content updates.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software alongside email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools used for guest communications.
  • Ability to navigate data platforms like Google Analytics Suite (including Webmasters & Tag Manager) plus user performance software such as Hotjar; capable of building custom dashboards in Data Studio for advanced reporting needs.
  • Track record of successfully managing SEO strategies (both on-site & off-site), executing paid media campaigns across multiple markets or global audiences while maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • Exceptional organisational skills combined with meticulous attention to detail; able to manage several concurrent campaigns without compromising accuracy or deadlines.
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking campaign performance metrics & conducting thorough analysis that informs decision-making processes.
  • A data-driven mindset underpinned by strong understanding of KPIs; adept at interpreting complex reports & optimising activities based on actionable insights.
  • Commercially minded approach focused on customer-first principles; deep understanding of luxury hospitality branding & audience expectations essential for success in this environment.
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken) required; additional language skills considered advantageous when communicating with international stakeholders.
