Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing a team of dedicated professionals, identifying procedural gaps, proposing innovative solutions, and driving your team towards achieving set milestones. Your leadership skills will be crucial in establishing an organised team structure that aligns with the 'Retail of the Future' concept. You will also have the opportunity to implement various online sales and marketing strategies, ensuring that quarterly targets are met.
Propose and implement an effective Mercedes-Benz online strategy at the retailer level
Identify gaps between current procedures and future procedures, proposing solutions for mitigation
Manage and motivate sales managers and salespersons to follow the online strategy milestones
Evaluate results regularly and propose actions to achieve planned goals
Establish a well-organised online sales team structure that fits the 'Retail of the Future' concept
Implement various online sales and marketing strategies to achieve quarterly sales targets
Provide intensive online knowledge training sessions to both sales managers and salespersons
Coordinate with relevant departments (i.e., HR, IT, Sales & Marketing) to ensure smooth implementation
What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Online Sales Manager position brings along a wealth of experience in online sales within the automotive industry. With your strong project leadership skills honed over two to three years, you will be adept at managing and driving a team towards achieving set goals. Your expert knowledge in online sales will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective strategies.
