  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget while maintaining clear communication between stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions in both Japanese and English, ensuring all parties are aligned on project goals, timelines, and expectations.
  • Monitor project progress by tracking milestones, identifying potential risks early, and implementing effective solutions to keep initiatives on track.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation including plans, schedules, status reports, and post-project reviews to ensure transparency throughout the process.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding project updates, changes in scope, or any issues that may arise during execution.
  • Support the development of junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and encouraging collaborative problem-solving approaches.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies as well as local regulations relevant to each project phase while upholding high standards of quality control.
