Compliance & Risk Management Manager Salary: Competitive Location: Pathum Thani Keywords: Compliance, Risk Management, Governance, Business Continuity Management, Enterprise Risk Management Our client is seeking a Compliance & Risk Management Manager to join their team in Pathum Thani. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance compliance and governance for a leading organisation, with a focus on developing and implementing company’s compliance policies and regulations. You will be instrumental in promoting an ethics and compliance culture across the organisation, managing the whistleblowing system, and participating in compliance investigations. Additionally, you will support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program and Business Continuity Management (BCM), working closely with regional and local stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement company’s compliance policies and regulations.
• Provide advice and guidance on compliance, business integrity, and company's regulations.
• Manage the whistleblowing system and participate in compliance investigations.
• Promote awareness of ethics & compliance culture across the organisation.
• Prepare reports to senior management on progress of implementation and monitoring of compliance programs.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.
• Work closely with regional colleagues sharing best practices.
• Support the ERM program by establishing risk management methodology, processes, risk appetite, and risk culture.
• Support other functions to identify key enterprise risks and develop risk response strategies.
• Assist other functions on development, implementation, and training of key BCM program components.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8 - 10 years of experience in corporate compliance plus risk management exposure (preferred).
• Excellent command in English (minimum TOEIC Scores of 870 for Listening and Reading).
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• An analytical mindset with excellent organisations skills.
• Possession of a driving license.
• Good computer literacy (MS - Word, MS - PowerPoint, etc.).
• Qualities required: Standing Alone, Influencing without direct authority, Action Oriented, team player, collaborative person with high degree of ethics and integrity.
