A leading global logistics provider is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their Bangkok office. What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to both corporate roles and high-volume mass hiring requirements across the organisation.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives by establishing partnerships with universities and managing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) to attract top talent through campus recruitment programmes.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for urgent positions, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates who align with the company’s values and operational needs.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), driving process improvements and ensuring seamless integration with existing HR workflows for optimal efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders at manager level and above to understand workforce planning needs, provide consultative support, and deliver effective talent solutions.
  • Champion best practices in candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection while maintaining a hands-on approach throughout all stages of recruitment.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness of strategies, identify areas for improvement, and report progress to senior management.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance the employer brand and promote the organisation as an employer of choice.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in talent acquisition, continuously seeking innovative approaches to attract diverse candidates from various backgrounds.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both corporate functions and large-scale mass hiring within complex organisations.
  • Proven ability to develop creative sourcing strategies that leverage campus partnerships, MOUs, and employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Hands-on expertise using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with a track record of implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at manager level or above across multiple departments or regions.
  • Excellent organisational abilities allowing you to manage competing priorities while delivering results under tight deadlines for urgent positions.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire trust among team members while fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels supported.
  • Capacity for strategic thinking combined with practical execution skills when responding to changing business needs or market conditions.
