What you'll do:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's workforce. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior management to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various business areas or regions. Your expertise in applicant tracking and sourcing tools will be crucial in identifying top talent. Staying abreast of new recruitment trends will enable you to continuously optimize the hiring process. Your collaborative efforts with other People & Culture chapters will contribute significantly towards various recruitment initiatives and HR programs.

  • Partner with hiring managers and senior management to manage full lifecycle recruitment of talent for a business area or region
  • Manage a portfolio of requisitions while ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Develop and implement a broad, holistic, and customized talent acquisition strategy
  • Be an expert in applicant tracking and sourcing tools like Workday, Phenom People, and LinkedIn
  • Stay up-to-date on new recruitment trends to continuously optimize the hiring process
  • Collaborate with other People & Culture chapters on recruitment initiatives and other HR programs

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Talent Acquisition Partner role brings a wealth of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare industry. Your strong stakeholder management skills will be key in this role - your excellent communication abilities will allow you to influence decisions and build strong partnerships. An enterprise mindset is essential; you should be comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and making sound decisions. Furthermore, an agile mindset is required - being proactive, able to work in a matrix environment, and flexible enough to support different functions as needed.
