What you'll do:

As the Vice President of Employee Relations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive working environment within the company. Your main responsibilities will include managing all aspects of employee relations, conducting investigations into any issues or conflicts, and developing strategies to improve employee relations. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure a harmonious working environment and stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
