What you'll do:

- Oversee the effective implementation of competency models within human resource management processes to ensure consistency and quality across the organisation.
- Research current trends in human resource management to inform the development of forward-thinking HR plans that address both present needs and future challenges.
- Conduct comprehensive surveys to identify training needs for each business unit, using data-driven insights to create targeted annual training plans and budgets.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor annual training programmes by liaising with internal stakeholders as well as external providers to ensure all activities adhere to established plans.
- Supervise the design of training courses by selecting appropriate instructors or institutions that meet company standards while addressing specific learning objectives.
- Evaluate existing training curricula by establishing clear guidelines for measuring effectiveness and efficiency, including overseeing assessment processes and follow-up activities.
- Lead the production of E-Learning media to support diverse learning preferences within the workforce while maintaining alignment with company policies.
