What you'll do:
As Head of Human Resources Fast Moving Consumer Goods, you will be entrusted with shaping the future direction of people management within one of Thailand’s most prominent listed companies. Your day-to-day activities will involve designing and executing innovative strategies that bring HR into alignment with broader business ambitions. You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure that every initiative reflects both commercial priorities and employee well-being. By overseeing welfare analysis for sales teams and managing external partners for job evaluations, you will ensure that all aspects of compensation and benefits remain competitive and fair. A significant part of your role will be dedicated to mentoring your team—helping them grow into trusted business partners who can deliver real value at every level. - Develop comprehensive strategies to modernise human resources functions in line with HR 4.0 principles, ensuring alignment with evolving organisational needs.
- Implement forward-thinking HR initiatives that support business objectives and foster organisational growth within the fast moving consumer goods sector.
- Engage regularly with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in for transformation projects and communicate the value of HR as a strategic partner.
- Build strong relationships with management teams and family members involved in the business to ensure effective communication and shared understanding of HR priorities.
- Oversee detailed analysis of welfare programmes for sales positions, using data-driven insights to inform improvements and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Manage third-party vendors responsible for job evaluation processes, ensuring their work aligns with company standards and supports overall HR strategy.
- Mentor and educate HR team members on the principles of HR Business Partnering, equipping them with skills needed for strategic contribution.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning within the HR function by encouraging knowledge sharing, professional development, and regular feedback.
- Monitor industry trends in human resources management to ensure best practices are adopted across all areas of responsibility.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives that contribute to a supportive workplace environment.
What you bring:
- Thai Naitonality
- Direct experience in Manufacturing sizing 1,000 ppl.++, food industry is preferable
- Proven experience in HR transformation and strategic HR management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret HR data to drive decision-making.
- Experience in managing third-party vendors for HR services.
- Leadership skills to mentor and develop HR team members.
