What you'll do:

As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner Manager based in Bangkok, you will play an integral part in shaping the future of the organisation’s people agenda. Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with senior leaders to ensure that HR strategies are fully aligned with evolving business priorities. You will be responsible for designing effective organisational structures that foster agility and teamwork while also championing initiatives that promote employee engagement and continuous learning. By leveraging workforce analytics, you will help inform key decisions around talent management—ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time. Your ability to guide teams through periods of change will be essential as you lead communication efforts during transformation projects. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of both local employment regulations and global best practices in HR, as well as a genuine commitment to nurturing an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders by aligning human resources initiatives with both short- and long-term organisational objectives.
  • Translate complex business needs into effective HR solutions that enhance team performance, engagement, and overall productivity.
  • Utilise workforce data and insights to inform decision-making processes, proactively addressing talent challenges and driving operational excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to support change management efforts and facilitate smooth business transformation initiatives.
  • Lead organisational design projects to ensure structures, roles, and capabilities are optimally aligned with strategic goals for scalability and efficiency.
