What you'll do:

As a Learning and Organisational Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's workforce. Your primary responsibility will be to develop strategies for sales & marketing, working closely with senior leadership to identify the learning needs of these teams. You will design effective training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives. Additionally, you will create comprehensive talent development programs that foster employee growth and retention. Your role will also involve developing clear career paths for employees across different departments, ensuring they understand their progression opportunities. You will also be responsible for implementing a Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline training processes.

  • Develop strategies for sales & marketing, collaborating with senior leadership to identify learning and development needs of these teams.
  • Design and implement training programs aligning with the company’s sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Create comprehensive talent development programs fostering employee growth and retention.
  • Identify high-potential employees providing them targeted development opportunities.
  • Utilise various learning methods including workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
  • Develop clear career paths for employees across different departments.
  • Work with managers ensuring employees understand their career progression opportunities.
  • Create and manage an Individual Development Plan (IDP) program helping employees identify their personal and professional development goals.
  • Implement a Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline training processes.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Learning and Organisational Development Manager position brings a wealth of knowledge in human resources or organisational development. With your strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, you are well-equipped to develop strategies that meet the learning needs of these teams. Your excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and other team members. Your proven ability to design effective training and development programs will be crucial in fostering employee growth and retention. Lastly, your strong analytical problem-solving skills will be invaluable in monitoring the effectiveness of these programs and making necessary adjustments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, organisational development or related area , FMCG preferable
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to design effective training and development programs.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Thai Nationality due to based in Thailand
