What you'll do:

  • Manage and maintain the HRIS database by overseeing data entry, user access controls, and system configuration to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure the accuracy of information across multiple HR systems by conducting regular audits and implementing best practices for data integrity.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on a timely basis to support informed decision-making within the HR function.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all relevant data privacy and security regulations while handling sensitive employee information.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to identify emerging trends that can inform strategic improvements in workforce management.
  • Develop, update, and maintain interactive HR dashboards, detailed reports, and visualisations that provide valuable insights for stakeholders.
  • Conduct statistical analyses as well as predictive modelling activities to support effective workforce planning initiatives.
  • Identify new opportunities for digital transformation within HR operations by staying abreast of technological advancements in the field.
  • Lead the development and deployment of digital HR tools such as self-service portals and enhanced HRIS functionalities.
  • Oversee digital HR projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget constraints while meeting organisational objectives.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience working with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) as well as hands-on involvement in broader HR operations within sizeable organisations.
  • Proven ability to perform advanced data analytics using various tools to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Track record of initiating projects related to process improvement or digital transformation within an HR context.
  • Effective communication skills in English at a business level, enabling clear interaction with diverse teams across the organisation.
  • A genuine service mindset combined with passion for helping others navigate official procedures smoothly.
  • Thai nationality is required for this position due to local regulatory requirements.
  • Experience developing or maintaining interactive dashboards or visualisation tools tailored for HR applications would be highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards relating to data privacy and security in human resources settings is advantageous.
  • Ability to act as a dependable first point of contact for employee queries regarding self-service platforms or policy matters.
