What you'll do:
As Human Resources Manager – Manufacturing, you will be at the heart of creating an environment where people feel connected, respected, and empowered. - Oversee recruitment processes by partnering with hiring managers to attract diverse talent while ensuring fair and equitable selection practices.
- Coordinate onboarding programmes that nurture new starters’ integration into the team, promoting knowledge sharing and communal support from day one.
- Manage employee records with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with local regulations as well as company standards for data protection.
- Facilitate regular training sessions focused on personal development, teamwork, health & safety awareness, and inter-personal communication skills.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives such as feedback surveys, recognition schemes, and wellness activities that promote emotional well-being.
- Advise on compensation structures, benefits administration, and reward systems that reflect the organisation’s commitment to fairness and generosity.
- Monitor workforce trends to identify areas for improvement in retention or satisfaction, using insights to recommend positive changes.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure HR strategies are aligned with business goals while always prioritising the needs of employees.
