What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Manager Manufacturing in Bangkok, you will play a pivotal role in driving the alignment between HR strategy and business direction. Your daily activities will involve partnering with senior leaders to influence key decisions around people management while providing hands-on support for employee relations matters. You will be responsible for coaching managers through complex situations, interpreting policies thoughtfully, managing talent pipelines effectively, and designing organisational structures that promote efficiency. By analysing workforce data alongside your HR peers, you will identify trends that inform new programmes or policy updates. Your expertise in payroll administration ensures smooth operations across multiple business units. Additionally, you will lead learning and development efforts—designing plans tailored to regional needs—and collaborate with local teams to harmonise HR processes. Success in this role means being a dependable resource for both strategic planning and day-to-day support while championing an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.
- Collaborate closely with the regional leadership team and executive board to ensure HR strategies are fully integrated with overall business objectives.
- Offer thoughtful advice and guidance to both leadership teams and line managers on all HR-related matters, helping shape people-focused agendas that maximise service performance.
- Provide day-to-day coaching to leaders on issues such as employee relations, policy interpretation and application, talent management, development initiatives, and organisational design consultation.
- Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with HR colleagues to develop effective solutions, programmes, and policies that address current needs and anticipate future challenges.
- Oversee comprehensive HR and payroll administration for all business units within your area of responsibility, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step.
- Lead learning and development analysis by creating robust L&D plans and following up on progress to ensure continuous improvement across the region.
- Work collaboratively with local HR teams to standardise processes throughout the region, promoting consistency and best practice sharing.
- Evaluate emerging issues and trends to provide proactive insights for innovative HR solutions and employee development designs.
