What you'll do:
As Plant Human Resources Business Partner, you will play an integral role in driving the people agenda for the Rayong facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading a capable HR team while collaborating with local management and regional colleagues on strategic projects. You will act as an advisor on employment matters, ensuring compliance with labour laws and best practices while nurturing positive relationships with union representatives. By overseeing all aspects of HR operations—from policy implementation to process improvement—you will help create an environment where employees feel supported in their professional journeys. - Lead and inspire a dedicated team of five HR professionals at the plant, fostering collaboration and supporting their ongoing development to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders at both country and regional levels to coordinate projects that enhance HR practices and contribute to organisational goals.
- Serve as a trusted partner to the management team by providing thoughtful advice on risk management, best practices, labour law compliance, and all matters related to people issues.
- Drive the implementation of comprehensive HR strategies across both Human Resource Management (HRM) and Human Resource Development (HRD), ensuring alignment with overall business direction.
- Cultivate strong relationships with union representatives, promoting open communication and mutual understanding to support harmonious industrial relations.
- Oversee all HR processes, policies, and practices at the plant to guarantee they are effectively established, maintained, and continuously improved.
- Champion initiatives that promote an inclusive workplace culture where every employee feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best.
- Monitor key HR indicators to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and proactively develop solutions that support workforce planning and talent management.
