What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy of the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy, managing employee relations, overseeing the recruitment process, and nurturing a positive work environment. You will also be responsible for supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
