As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), your role will be multifaceted. You will consult with leaders across the organisation to develop bespoke people strategies that align with business objectives. Your ability to analyse data will be crucial in optimising workforce effectiveness and driving organisational change. You will also coach managers on various aspects including employee relations, performance, and development. In addition, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units, implementing targeted marketing and sourcing tactics to attract top talent. Your role will also involve advising on competitive offers, negotiation strategies, and enhancing candidate experience. Furthermore, you will continuously strive to enhance hiring processes and metrics while identifying opportunities for process streamlining and operational excellence.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner supporting multiple business units
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and influence leaders across all levels
- Strong understanding of HR disciplines including talent management, organisational development, employee relations, compliance etc.
- Experience driving cultural initiatives
- Skilled in workforce analytics and utilising HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptable and able to thrive in rapidly changing environment
